Termite control and repairs due to termite damage were ongoing challenges at the Center for the Arts & Sciences. Swarming termites appeared every spring for many years. Other treatment services had been ineffective in eliminating the problem, until we hired Killum Pest Control. The first spring season after installation of the Sentricon system, was the first spring without swarming termites in over 15 years and the first with no building repairs from termite damage.
